The Smith’s family have recently moved from Henderson, Nevada. They were used to living in the desert so moving to Long Island is a huge change. They wanted to be more on the water with ample windows of the view. Their main request was to ensure there was plenty of outdoor entertaining space. In addition, they wanted to add a master bedroom, exercise room and family room.
