Two “towers” that extend out for grander entrance for both firms. Alley way throughout the middle to divide the buildings and give walking access from parking lot to Main Street. Second level outdoor space connecting the two buildings

L-Shape & rectangular shape with the lot. Alleyway from Main Street to courtyard between the two buildings. Building on the corner would be two levels. Closest to Main Street the main level would be for firm, but on the second level have a roof top outdoor space. The back side being three levels for apartments.

Following the shape of the lot, a rectangular building and square building. On the second level, having that level diagonally laid out to make a unique rooftop outdoor area facing Main Street. Separating the buildings with an alleyway connecting the parking lot to Main Street.
