Site Location: 5 Garner Lane, Bayshore, NY
This project was to choose from a list of program types that will be designed in Bayshore. Our project site is 5 Garner Road in Bayshore, New York. The building I chose to design is a Jeep dealership. I chose to locate my building towards the front and closest to the lake when you are looking at the site. Those two decisions were made to ensure that you can see the Jeep's from main street as well as while in the building having views of the lake. Nearby, on Main street there is a Y.M.C.A to the right, restaurant to the left, and a Ford Dealership across the street. I chose a dealership to be a competitor to the Ford dealership.
